## Description
Position Purpose: Manage and monitor client satisfaction and recommend appropriate strategies, tactics, and operational initiatives to continuously enhance client satisfaction
Primary contact for assigned accounts, interacting with client contacts to facilitate problem resolution, and promote high client satisfaction
Responsible for account profitability including expansion of scope of current services as well as generating new revenue sources
Collaborate with the Finance Department on annual budgets, and provide re-forecast information
Communicate with internal staff regarding client needs and requests, contractual obligations, projected enrollment levels, changes in work procedures, and other elements of a successful implementation.
Support and oversee additional client needs such as ad hoc reporting, analysis, product development and HEDIS objectives
Manage account renewals, develop client contracts, lead site visits for existing and prospective clients and manage terminating account
Maintain annual and monthly account planning to assure on-going program performance
Develop and administer project plans, incorporating client information and contractual agreements to support successful contract implementation for new clients, current client expansion efforts and new programs
## Qualifications
Education/
Experience: Bachelor degree in related field. 7
years of Business-to-Business sales/client management experience, preferably in health plan management or health plan service. Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff.
License/Certification: Valid driver''s license.
