Claims Trainer

Position Purpose: Conduct training related to Claims. Develop, design and implement training curriculum and implement new products.
Train, inspire, motivate, and coach employees to obtain desired quality and production results
Identify and develop appropriate training programs, including the selection or design of appropriate training aids
Communicate training progress to management during and after training in a qualitative and efficient manner
Create, prepare and update class paperwork and training aids
Demonstrate effective presentation skills and excellent customer service skills
Conduct training needs analyses
Perform audits to determine training needs. Recommend policies and proceduresMust be able to travel up to 25%
Education/Experience: Associate's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of experience in training or claims processing. Knowledge of managed care information systems. Advanced claims processing experience preferred.
License/Certification: Valid driver's license.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
